Great Apartment Superintendent, but rude management on phone call
Former Tenant
Pros:
Hallway/Rooftop was always clean. Super and maintenance men were very friendly. Nice neighbors.
Cons:
Water heater broken. Not hot water is a violation. Had to shower in cold water for two months. Responsiveness was bad. Jurstin Realty Management (young man) was rude and threatening on phone.
Advice to owner:
Don’t yell at your tenants, especially when there’s a violation involved on the management’s side.

Worst building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer dryer in unit. Neighbors friendly. Super great.
Cons:
Building managers rude and unresponsive. Raised rent during the pandemic. Hot water didn’t work for two months. Refused to fix.
Advice to owner:
Treat your renters with the respect due to them by law. Get a new front face — the property manager named Mike is a law suit waiting to happen. Liability.

Rough year
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, w/d in unit
Cons:
Hard to reach owners, management was extremely rude, paper thin walls, bad construction, packages were stolen, hot water in unit so electrical bill extremely high, oven was broken when we had walk though and it took two months to replace (we had to keep calling to get it done)
