Solid building to live in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Overall I had a good experience living in this building. Management was reasonable, did not try to nickel and dime me. Sometimes would have to follow up a bit to get repairs but overall things were taken care of in a reasonable manner and timeframe
Cons:
Did have some mice in my apartment at some points (it's an old building) but was not too bad overall. I tried dealing with it myself instead of involving management but they probably would have brought in someone if I had asked them to

Great location but old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment is on a great block in the upper east. The building is quiet, our apartment was spacious, and the neighbors are nice and considerate. The landlord is responsive if you text him with any issues. In building laundry
Cons:
The building definitely has a pest problem. The heat is a bit back and forth during the winter. The buzzer has been broken on and off for months. Hallways could definitely be a lot cleaner
Advice to owner:
Take care of the pest problem
