Well Kept Building, Brutal Rent Increases
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super and staff are, overall, extremely responsive. The building is cleaned monthly and is well maintained. In the multiple years I have been here, the apartment has looked and felt very nice and comfortable.
Cons:
Super small, but the lights in the hallway are frequently burnt out, but replaced.
Advice to owner:
Your 10 percent rent increases amid construction and asbestos reports is unfair to your tenants.

Landlords don’t respond or fix things quickly
Advice to owner:
Responsiveness and professionalism. I recommend treating tenants as if you’d like them to stay.
