There Are Rats But I Still Considered Renewing!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Inexpensive and large 2 bedroom, big kitchen, very nice and helpful super, lenient landlord
Cons:
Rat/mice Infestation, Two rooms without windows, slant in floor, I had to buy a smoke alarm, one time the floor above us leaked through our bathroom ceiling, my radiator leaked, and I had to make heat complaints at least three times in two years
Advice to owner:
Stop using the sticky pads for mice. There are more humane options. Make sure there are smoke alarms.
