Fine apartment terrible management

Pros:
Good location. Few tenants (8 units)
Cons:
Terrible and rude management. Difficult to get repairs done.
Advice to owner:
Be less rude. Treat tenants with respect. You're charging high rates for a building that is barely maintained.

Location! UES, restaurants, cafes, gyms, everything
Cons:
Management ignored several emails, increased rent by almost a thousand dollars for next lease, construction directly next door (entire building being built next to bedroom wall), roaches
Advice to owner:
Please don’t take advantage of future loyal tenants by jacking up prices of almost $1000. Please respond to emails when packages are stolen worth hundreds of dollars.
