Large 2 bedroom on ues
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is conveniently located near the subway and the apartments are well maintained and have spacious layouts in the bedrooms. The landlord and super are extremely trustworthy, nice, helpful and prompt. They are nearly always available to help you out quickly.
Cons:
The building is old. While it is well maintained new fixtures could be installed and small touches like the baseboards being repaired etc would be nice additions to really improve the space.
Advice to owner:
Please refinish the bathrooms and kitchens. The layouts are spacious enough that real sinks and countertops could be installed

Great management and location!
Former Tenant
Pros:
-landlord will be pretty responsive to issues -exterminator comes once a month for pests, more if necessary -nice, respectful people -no issues
Cons:
-landlord is a bit old fashioned and requires paper checks and in-person signatures, which is a bit inconvenient at times
Advice to owner:
Look into electronic payment and signature options
