Great 1st NYC apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy neighbors, lots of light in the front of the building, amazing subway access, responsive management, never had a package stolen / great entry system
Cons:
Garbage sometimes overflowing, but never seen a pest in the hallway; walk up with a narrow-ish hallway, so moving was a little tougher but doable

Fine but construction sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
perfectly fine, no amenities but you get what you pay for
Cons:
Construction across street and next to building sucks
