Nice building and location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the location and the building is pretty clean, not very secure in terms of package issues sometimes, board is semi-responsive meaning they address issues but not effectively.
Cons:
Thin floors/ walls so you can hear your neighbors walking around sometimes but no street noise as much. Heat is not very effective in the unit but very well in the hall.

Not the best building in the UES
Former Tenant
Pros:
location & nothing more.
Cons:
Heat and water are frequently going our. Super does not take garbage out enough so it causes mice and roaches. The building is old so you can hear your neighbors walking above you loudly. The management is rude and unresponsive.
