Avoid unless okay with old buildings and noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
Restaurants and proximity to subway
Cons:
A lot of noise from traffic. Agent will likely book an appointment when it’s quiet to sell you the place. Dirty and old building. Garbage is literally outside the front door and it’s riddled with rats at night. Old appliances and general apartment. Landlord will not replace old items rather try to do a quick and dirty fix. Overpriced for how old and dirty the building is. Smelled like cigarettes in the hallway all the time and dark in the hallways too.
Advice to owner:
Please make more investments into the building and not do the bare minimum.

Nasty super and building manager
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location: across the street from the Q
Cons:
Cigarette smell, no laundry, super is always annoyed when asked to fix simple things also doesn’t live in the building
Advice to owner:
The building was ok but the super and building manager are miserable to deal with. Send an anonymous survey to all tenants for feedback then discuss resolutions with them.
