Pros:
it was a fine apartment but not worth the money
Cons:
walk up and the broker was slimey -- brokers fees are such a scam. one bedroom had window into bathroom

Convenient location to the Q train
Cons:
Super barely there Heat during winter is very spotty Windows have no weather proofing and very drafty Windows are so thin you can hear everything Building is not clean
Advice to owner:
Fix the building if you’re going to raise the rent
