Be careful, know what you’re getting into
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, area
Cons:
Construction going on all the time. Seems shoddy. Heat and cold are miswired and the bathroom isn’t properly vented. Seems to be a hole in the shower through which some flies are coming in.
Advice to owner:
Pay for real contractors!

Worst Building I've Ever Had the Misfortune of Living In
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some of the people are nice, I guess? I quite like my shower as well.
Cons:
As the title says, this is the worst building I have ever lived in. I've lived in several NYC apartments, and this one takes that title. The neighbors are the worst (loud music late at night, stomping, screaming, smoking weed ALL day, etc.), the management is awful, super is unresponsive. Pests run rampant, nothing is built to withstand; name an issue and you'll probably find it here. I was lied to about there being no pests in this building when I moved in. Day two, there are mice skittering through my kitchen. If I could walk out this moment and move into even a sixth floor walkup beside a decent family of six, I would in a heartbeat.
Advice to owner:
Honestly, just do better. You wouldn't even want to live here.
