Fine building, horrible management

Pros:
Nice building and updated apartments. Dishwasher & washer / dryer in unit which is great when it works.
Cons:
Management is unresponsive and will leave issues unresolved for as long as they can get away with. Broken appliances, leaks.

Rat and Roach Infested Building

Nice apartment upgrades and washer/dryer in unit
Cons:
The building has a rat infestation! RUN. I reported multiple complaints with the management company only for them to deny there was a problem. I filled a complain with 311. The building inspector that came out told me this building has been a problem for a long time! Do yourself a favor, avoid this place!

Not bad, wish rent was lower

Pros:
Generally quiet, no loud neighbors late at night.
Cons:
Rent seems too high. Garbage out front can pile up quickly and is an eyesore.
Advice to owner:
Need to have garbage taken out more often

Poor Management and Responsiveness

Pros:
Great location and updates features in actual apartment (nice flooring, bathroom, etc).
Cons:
Management company and super are VERY unresponsive. Front door to building was always an issue (never closes all the way, door knob broken).
