Old, well-maintained, family-owned building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location (~4 minutes from the Q stop), good trash management, reasonably priced; never had any major issues. Very few packages were stolen
Cons:
As other reviewers have stated, gets a little cold in the winter (nothing that can't be fixed with a space heater), the second bedroom in our 2-bed was quite small, and sending in paper checks sometimes went awry, but mostly this is a great building!
