Happy to live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building’s workers and doormen are very friendly. I’ve had 0 pest issues and the building is well kept for it’s age. Also have not had any breakdowns/issues in my apartment that required fixing and can never hear my neighbors. The residents in this building stay awhile and I can see why!
Cons:
One of the elevators is sometimes out of service and the laundry room is a bit outdated.
