I thought I was moving into my forever apartment and I'm super disappointed
Former Tenant
Pros:
it's in a nice area of manhattan
Cons:
ive had numerous calls packages stolen from the hallway and the camera doesn't work. I've had my toilet overflow and flood the apartment below me as well as my heater didn't work so I turned it on and it flooded the apartment below me as well. after the Covid deal, my rent went up $400 and I was told a month before I had to sign my new lease
Advice to owner:
care more about the people that live in ty our building instead of money
