Pros:
responsive & helpful super (off site) party responsible for garbage system is usually good
Cons:
heat could be better no designated spot area for packages.. can become crowded/ things have gotten ‘lost’

Great starter apartment

Good price and location for a starter apartment
Cons:
There was hardly any light in the apartment and the layout wasn’t the best
Advice to owner:
Keep the maintenance man he was wonderful and responded and fixed things so quickly!
