Zero soundproofing and package theft issue.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is quick to respond to maintenance requests. Building is clean.
Cons:
There is zero soundproofing in this building. I can hear my next door neighbor cough. The ceiling/floors are also extremely thin so if someone not so light footed above you walks across their unit, your bed shakes from the movement. It’s so loud I have been woken up every single day by it since moving in. My packages get stolen within an HOUR of it being delivered. I’ve reached out and they have no cameras in the building so whoever in the building keeps stealing is getting away with it. It is ridiculous that I have to sit by the buzzer when I expect a package and continuously check my phone when something is arriving so I can sprint downstairs to get it before the thief does.
Advice to owner:
Please look into better soundproofing and get some cameras on the first floor at minimum.

Nice exterior, key fob, clean halls
Cons:
Huge roaches, mice, very buggy, NO soundproofing to the point that I can hear my neighbor fart!

Decent exerpience, only minor issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
There were some issues upon move-in (broken dishwasher, etc.) but the management team was very response when I submitted work requests through the portal. Building was nice and quiet.
Cons:
There were some cockroaches both in my apartment and on the ground floor/lobby area, but that’s probably to be expected in any walk up. Exterminator came every month and provided free spraying and glue traps, which solved my issue.
