Fine place on UES

Pros:
Despite being on a busy street, it was quiet inside the building. All of the tenants were respectful of one another.
Cons:
The trash would accumulate a lot. Given that it was in the entryway, sometimes it would pile up.
Advice to owner:
Just make the trash is taken care of in a timely manner.
