Smelly & Dirty
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location and proximity to Central Park and the Q Train is the best parts!
Cons:
Smelly staircase, one tenant had left her/his apartment with garbage inside for 2 weeks. The staircase stinked. Another tenant has a dog that barks NON-STOP and that runs around. Old building with smelly doormat, bad maintenance and very dark.
Advice to owner:
Clean up the building and ask tenants to follow rules for keeping their own space and the common space clean

Great building, well maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved living in this building, well maintained and responsive, helpful super. They come and vacuum the hallway and stairs once a week. Never saw a mouse for the 2 years I lived there.
Cons:
It’s kind of a noisy block. Had a couple cockroaches while living there and some water/pipe issues.
