Elevator & laundry included, big mirror as soon as you enter the “lobby” which is great for checking your outfit just before heading out! Super fair prices

Not luxury, outdated fixtures

Update the kitchens, then it’s perfect!

Great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well-managed building. SUPER affordable rent. During my time there, there was a brief hot water issue but it was promptly fixed and I found management to be very responsive. Elevator always worked.
Cons:
Walls are thin. My neighbors were not especially noisy but the walls were just thin and you could hear normal talking etc.

One of the better landlords in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Clean apartment, clean hallways - Elevator, cheap laundry machines - Super responsive, nice super and management (family-run) - Neighbors are friendly - Can’t hear much noise from neighbors
Cons:
- Gas heat is included (great!) but it gets really hot and can be a bit noisy - No doorman, so packages get stolen sometimes. The super has cameras at front though and is happy to show you any issues, and also help you out if you’re out of town. - Wall color isn’t the prettiest (shiny eggshell white) and you’re not allowed to paint

Pros:
Good building with responsive super, clean.
Cons:
Thin walls and very loud steam heat. Sounds like banging every time it comes on.
Advice to owner:
Fix the loud heating pipes.

Not very good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable, good location
Cons:
Tiny dark studio, old appliances, laundry machines are old and unreliable, lots of water bugs/other critters that monthly exterminator services did not help
