Do not trust Management Company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is ok.
Cons:
Do not trust the Management Company they will do construction work inside building without City Working Permit placing tenants in danger, health and fire hazard. No security cameras in front of the building causing a lot of robberies inside the building. No building maintenance. Faulty electrical cables. NO efficient Heat provided.
Advice to owner:
Not a good option to move in if you are looking for a peaceful and safe building to live in. Especially if you are a grown-up and not 25 years old, which are the only people they rent the place to. The building is ancient and not well taken care of. The structure of the building is so old your walls shake when people slam their doors.

Would have been nice in the 70s
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, rent stabilized, never see my neighbors
Cons:
Has not been renovated in decades, pest problem, cannot get same day maintenance
Advice to owner:
For the price point renovate the units, update the bathrooms and plumbing, seal up the walls in every unit
