So many rats
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location. Apartments on the first floor have outdoor space.
Cons:
RATS. So many rats. I went to take out the garbage one night and heard rustling as if the wind was blowing the garbage bags. Then I realized there was no wind. There were rats everywhere It was horrifying.
Apartments on the back of the building face the playground of an adjacent building.
