Landlord is Thief
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, location spacious
Cons:
The landlord half assed repairs so the flooding kept happening. Landlord is impossible to get a hold of and dishonest.
Advice to owner:
Follow NYC laws

Patio living, with the price of mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful large patio
Cons:
We had mice (lots of them) and cockroaches. The bathroom is old and always smelled of urine. The kitchen was old and dirty.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to the complaints of tenants. Took months to get a real exterminator over after had been complaining of mice. The super just kept coming but is not a professional and clearly didn’t know what he was doing.
