Awful landlord/ floors will shake till 2AM from the bar downstairs

Pros:
None. This place is horrible
Cons:
Heater didn’t work last winter. There is a bar downstairs and ur floors will shake all night long. Stay away from this building.
Advice to owner:
Provide heat for ur tenants.

Well maintained hallways and garbage removal. Nice neighbors
Cons:
Had mice issue - the exterminator came once then when it happened again days later they were unresponsive
