Wish I could stay!

Pros:
Very calm, great neighbors, good pest control, heat and water pressure.
Cons:
Owner is not very responsive to inquiries nor maintenance requests, takes a few emails to hear back from them.
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive :(

Pros:
Location to train, garbage management, courtyard in back
Cons:
Property owner unresponsiveness to issues within apartment, Roaches and bedbugs throughout apartment, heat doesn’t work often, hot water lasts for about 5 minutes
