Short and sweet review

Pros:
I loved living in this building, the entrance is beautiful and the area is exquisite. They do regular maintenance in the lobby and none of my packages were ever stolen! Also laundry in basement is a huge pro
Cons:
There was a small pest issue but they came to fix it in a timely manner. Landlord is sometimes unresponsive. Neighbors are okay no one really bothers anyone else but they are not very friendly.
Advice to owner:
Be more receptive when it comes to tenant requests.
