Nice building, bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator access, laundry in building, access to bud, subway, above a grocery store.
Cons:
Apartment layouts are poor, Management company doesn’t care about tenants (stereotypical evil landlord types) lots of bugs for price and location. Package thieves run rampant with no effort from management to put in video cameras, or stop problem.
Advice to owner:
Stop being rude to current tenants, I’m sure you have people leaving and have apartments empty due to frustrations over management.
