Ok building to start

Pros:
- cheap
- well located
- you can pay the rent online
Cons:
- There’re some cockroaches
- Super was terrible
- Packages stolen from entrance

located in good area, lisa management is decent.
Cons:
super is incredibly rude and does not take care of the tenants or the building. he lives there with his family who scream in the hallways and does not treat his tenants with respect.
Advice to owner:
get a new super
