you get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
cheap rent, safe area, quiet street, close to Q trains (also not far from 456)
Cons:
2 bedroom apartments listed are really just 1 bedrooms, not ideal place to have a roommate
Advice to owner:
nothing to add

Cheap! But you get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheapppp apartment in good location
Cons:
Teeny space, outdated appliances, apartment definitely wasn’t cleaned before we moved in and had a lot of pests (mice and roaches) — little help from management when reported. Also the only place I’ve never seen a monthly exterminator come in.
Advice to owner:
Clean apartments before tenants move in and get a monthly exterminator.
