The laundry room is across from the trash room and in the basement

Cons:
Bugs on the first floor apartments
Cockroaches in the basement where laundry and trash is
Walls are super thin
Kitchen is tiny

Do better remodeling

Not bad but not great experience

Pros:
Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. Bedrooms and closets were a decent size.
Cons:
No sound proofing between units (could hear everything your neighbors were saying through the walls). No air conditioning. First floor apartments could hear every single time the front door of the building slammed shut.
Advice to owner:
Improve the sound proofing between units and when entering the building
