Charming walk-up in UES

Pros:
The apartment is renovated. High ceilings. Management company is very responsive.
Cons:
The trash is disposed downstairs in the basement.

Better trash management system

Great first apartment

Pros:
I felt so safe living here! There were two doors to the building, and guests could only be rung up from a doorbell. My apartment was spacious and clean at move-in.
Cons:
some weird neighbors and package thieves.
