Good first Manhattan apartment, could use some small improvements
Former Tenant
Pros:
True bedroom was a good size with a large closet. Quiet location facing the back of the building. Hardwood floors were in pretty good condition. 4th floor provided good privacy and no noise issues. Laundry in basement was a plus. Exterior of the building was in good condition (clean red brick). Location was close to the new Q subway at 96th or 86th Streets and convenient to get to supermarkets and local shopping.
Cons:
Living space and kitchen were a little small for 2 roommates to share. Water pressure was just alright. Kitchen and bathroom fixtures were a bit outdated.
Advice to owner:
Update the interior of apartments to modernize fixtures; this would go a long way to improve the quality of tenants' time here.
