Okay for price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent rent prices for what you get and the location
Cons:
Some pest issues, small cockroaches in the hallway and in the apartment
Over 1 year ago
Okay apartment, many annoyances
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance was prompt. Building is on a nice tree-lined street.
Cons:
- Often tenants just throw trash in the hallways expecting someone else to pick up after them
- Street is extremely noisy
- Apartment showings are DAILY when you move out with no regard for your schedule
- During winter, unit got extremely cold. The radiators were not enough

DO NOT MOVE HERE
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location and lots to do
Cons:
This place is comical at best. If you enjoy walking in everyday to garbage overflowing the hallway, mice running over your feet, dead roaches on the step and every package you order getting stolen with no help from management, then this is the place for you!! Also they lie and say the front door is locked and it’s not.
Advice to owner:
Do anything opposite of what you’re doing now! And let me break my lease because this is my personal hell.

small sweet abode
Former Tenant
Pros:
water pressure, beautiful natural light, hardwood floors, quiet and homey
Cons:
the size of the kitchen, no where to put the full-sized fridge
Over 2 years ago
Completely average with random negatives
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location
The very sense of the word "fine"
We have covid prices but I couldn't imagine paying more than we do now for this apartment
Cons:
Roaches
LOUD neighbors- an opera singer who needs to practice EVERY DAY. A couple with 2 small children who are not stopped when they decide to bang on the walls all night.
Being told they cant replace our lightbulb because their insurance instructed them not to??? Personal injury suit for real..
The freezer in these small fridges will never work and will melt water onto all your food in the fridge. We had to buy a separate freezer.
Windows are painted shut which is super helpful because that's where the fire escape is.
There's more but eh.
Advice to owner:
I don't think anything can be said

Typical old UES apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of space for the price and a great area
Cons:
Mice issues and delayed landlord response. Have to pay with physical checks
