Great but hot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful light. Super is great.
Cons:
No AC so literally sweltering. The occasional cockroach too.
Advice to owner:
None. Was great.

Nice 1st apt.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is always out working, management is responsive and open during good hours. Live in super.
Cons:
Brick in apartment often smells due to mildew/humidity. Some water damage in the corner of the apartment, unsure how it happened. It's pretty cold in the apartment year round. Too small for the rent wanted at renewal, and they are NOT willing to negotiate at renewal.

Apt As Expected
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is an older building with smaller apartments, but everything was satisfactory. No huge complaints. One thing I did like about the management company, is that they always seemed very reasonable with the rent on renewal. This doesn’t seem like the case in other management companies.
Cons:
The biggest things were that it is an older building, the apartments are smaller, and there are a few amenities that can’t be included in updates (i.e. dishwasher, laundry dryer in building). Going in there though with those expectations, this wasn’t as bothersome.
Advice to owner:
If possible, it would be nice to have updates to the apartments.
