The faucets were a bit leaky.

Great place for three years

Pros:
Cute block, reasonably well maintained, quiet neighbors. Eberhart is a solid landlord.
Cons:
Regular issues you might find in any walk up. Sometimes the stairs were a little dirty. Appliances old but functional.

Relatively affordable rent, good neighborhood, nice block, never had any issues with packages and mail
Cons:
Could be cleaner, buzzer at front door often breaks
Advice to owner:
Do a real cleaning of apartments before new tenants move in
