No heating in the winter, the landlords doesn’t care about anything

-responsive, honest, helpful management
-great starter apartment - affordable, clean, most bang for your buck
-apartments have character and unique architectural details
-great neighborhood
Cons:
Recycling room sometimes gets backed up - but management always resolves

Nice aesthetic, cheap, windows everywhere, good storage space.

Mice at least 1x a week

The recycling garbage is so full that it is left in the hallway!?

Super dirty stairway

The kitchen is SO tiny it almost doesn’t fit one person in it.

If your package is stolen they say the camera couldn’t catch it

Just give yourself a favor and go live somewhere else!

Affordable, by Central Park, close to groceries
Cons:
Not clean, rats, bad pipes, building doors are awful (not the safest)
Advice to owner:
Clean more, fix doors and locks, maintain better
