A basement of I’ll repute
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to Carl Schurz park.
Cons:
Horribly managed, possibly illegal basement apartment that hasn’t been updated in 11 years.
Advice to owner:
Better pest control. Mice and bugs will forever be more at home than the tenants.

Comfy but not a Rockstar
Former Tenant
Pros:
The residents seem to be older or families so you don’t have to worry about loud noise. Even the tenants in the surrounding buildings look to be very respectful of noise. We had one bug issue in the year I’ve lived here. It was handled immediately! In fact an exterminator is sent every month as a courtesy if you need him or not ! Overall it has been a comfy and cozy living building. My only companion is the walk up but overall that seems like a small complaint against all the perks!
Cons:
When something breaks in the apartment it does take the super sometime to come around and fix it. He always does fix what’s wrong but it takes him way to long to come around.
Advice to owner:
Just better communication between the super and tenants. He is very sweet and always fixes what wrong but could work on his timing. Ye

Be more thorough in your Maintenance of the building
