Affordable but dirty
Former Tenant
Pros:
The price was right for the unit and space
Cons:
Building is not well kept - smells bad - is and feels dirty & needs an extreme facelift. Has pest issues and doesn’t feel the building is being cared for.
Advice to owner:
Make renovations if you’re going to increase rent

This building got roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landry in building, cheap, good location
Cons:
Roaches roaches roaches. Also garbage management is horrible which makes sense that there are roaches. I’ve been living here for about 9 months and I’ve faced a series of waves of roach infestations of German cockroaches. I am a clean person and I was regularly opting for the exterminator each month. I reached out to management multiple times about their upkeep of the building and I felt like I was told a story to keep me at bay.
Advice to owner:
Bomb the building because to be frank- it’s disgusting
