Cheaply renovated, terrible property manager
Former Tenant
Pros:
In unit washer/dryer and washing machine Good natural light
Cons:
The property manager - Jeff Saliba - is awful and worth not moving in to the building for. The apartments are tiny and advertised as a two bedroom so they can bump up the price but it's not accurate. Things break a lot and Jeff is never there to fix any of it. The only nice person is the EBMG representative
Advice to owner:
Fire Jeff Saliba and have a cleaning service for the stairs.

Not that great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mostly clean, good heating system, in unit laundry and virtual doorman
Cons:
Roach infested building and must demand extra help outside of monthly maintenance, rising rent cost is not justified, packages are downstairs and have been stolen, heard of ground floor tenants experiencing rodent problems
Advice to owner:
Listen to tenant complaints

345 E 92 Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great
Cons:
Noisy neighbors? At 3 AM on a weeknight? 3 nights a week? Ignored by management? Check. Random problems with hot water, no water, or last minute electrical work in your unit for multiple days? Check. Difficulty moving out? Check.
