The super is very responsive and fast, the building is kept clean.
Cons:
My apartment had water leak issues from the window, toilet, and sink, but super fixed all of them.

Worst apartment and management

There is no pros about this building. Stay away!!
Cons:
It is a non smoking building but everyone smokes weed. Fire pits is not allowed but apartment which has a garden always uses it. So noisy. 4-6 people stays in 1 bedroom apartment. Management is so rude and they never respond. Apartment super is a drunk person and can call you 7 am in the morning and shout you and then realize you are not the person he wanted call!
Advice to owner:
Change the management team immediately!
