Stay away from this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
None, there are no pros for this building
Cons:
Bad management
Old building with rats and cockroaches. Stinks and no one take care of cleaning.
Advice to owner:
Destroy this building. It’s a cemetery

Landlord is great, but the property managers are pure evil.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The fire escape, that is literally the only good thing about this building.
Cons:
Cockroaches, noisy neighbors, a racist neighbor, bed bugs, tenants with barking dogs (this building does not allow dogs), dirty premises.
Advice to owner:
How about you respond to emails when your tenants reach out to you as opposed to after several emails/calls and threats to the city. I have had issues with pests, stolen property (in which us as the tenants were made to be the villains), noise complaints and unwillingness to work with tenants. Oh yeah, they also raised rent during COVID.
