Pros:
The super is great, landlord very responsive. The trash is taken out in a timely manner. No bugs, very clean and quiet. Great neighbors and laundry situation.
Cons:
Older AC units and heat radiators, but they work fine.

Renewed interiors and appliances. Quiet neighbors and responsive new super (the prior one was terrible).
Cons:
Building halls and stairs seem to never be cleaned... but overall the building is ok.
