One of the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice doormen, good price, big apartments, considerate neighbors
Cons:
There always seems to be some sort of construction project going on: rebuilding the terrace, installing new AC, fixing a water pipe burst, neighbors doing renovations.
Advice to owner:
Stop with all the construction and building projects
