Solid walkup for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Teman intercom; clean and bright corridors; adorably kind neighbors; laundry with VENTED dryer in-units; dishwashers in-units; comes with window a/c's; responsive maintenance; excellent location with Q train entrance on the block
Cons:
Maintenance's band-aid fixes did not mitigate mice infestation; mailboxes are not very secure; only has Spectrum / no Fios
