Pros:
Solid space, good hardwood floors, thick walls, in a really nice neighborhood, great distance to the train
Cons:
Occasionally faulty buzzer (specific to my unit),

Pros:
Quiet, safe, landlord was responsive. No problems with stolen packages.
Cons:
The lobby and stairwells were filthy and smelly all the time.
Advice to owner:
Make super clean the lobby and stairwell.
