Lovely starter home
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super Robert is kind helpful, and quick to respond. The building is clean and well maintained, never seen a sign of bugs or mice. There is always hot water and the heat works well. Rent is paid securely and automatically through a portal every month.
Cons:
The unit is pretty pricey for the size- it was smaller than I expected. If youre in a unit facing the back, don’t expect much sunlight- it’s right up against another building.

Good Affordable Building!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is amazing! He responds so fast and immediately fixes any problem you have. The laundry room on the first floor is a huge pro. Neighbors are nice, everyone mostly keeps to themselves. The location is pretty good and right around the corner from the Q and a great coffee shop!
Cons:
Walls are a little thin, but normal NYC thin. The street can get a little chaotic because of the mechanic shop, but it’s normally fine. We have seen our fair share of various bugs, but the exterminator does come monthly and it doesn’t seem like more than any other NYC apartment.
