Pretty decent NYC apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Heat and water included, looks nicer than other NYC apartments I’ve seen, nice neighbors, no bugs outside of one incident (only one cockroach sighting in my 2 years living there and no further issues), free exterminator every month. Super is very nicr
Cons:
You can hear neighbors if they are being loud, across from a school so you get afternoon noise if you are close to the street. Packages have been stolen
Advice to owner:
Please sweep stairs more often

Clean and no one bothers you.
Cons:

Advice to owner:

Not bad for such an old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, super close to subway, no bugs/pests (but I was on a higher floor, so maybe not representative), super was nice.
Cons:
Occasionally hot water was limited in peak hours, no elevator, heat was a little hard to control, some package theft (but only happened to me once all year). Not super well insulated (don’t expect the apartment to stay cool for long when the AC is off in the summer)
Advice to owner:
The rent is too high for what it’s worth
