Not a Bad Choice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location with a few of transportation options close by. Decently sized and no real issues with the condition of the apartments considering the building seems quite old. Management is pretty communicative.
Cons:
There are no amenities

First adult apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, can't hear neighbors through the walls
Cons:
Poor management, Super doesn't answer calls and doesn't address complaints. Our electricity goes out in the apartment with a single AC unit running, which we as tenants have to put a code into an old lockbox to use rusty keys to get into a dirty basement to flip the breaker switch to restore power ourselves. Rent increased by almost 40% in 1 year, absolutely not worth it.
Advice to owner:

Nothing good about this building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Have a dishwasher!
Cons:
No laundry in the building, old wood floors make a lot of noise, the stairs very dirty, people put trash in the front door, a lot of cockroaches. Not enough space for storage, and packaging always missing and the lobby.
Advice to owner:
New super & try to respond to the email when a tenant needs help!

The super is a gem
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super was always responsive and lovely
Good, safe location
New appliances
Overall good
Cons:
Had a mouse problem for a minute (was taken care of but still sucked)
Radiator heating so it’s a million degrees in the winter
