Fair-good overall experience

Pros:
Best thing about this building is the rooftop. They have grills and you can see great skyline from there. It includes Vanderbilt , Chrysler, 1 world trade centre , Empire state building and steinway tower( tallest and thinnest skyscraper in world). South tower has balconies from where you can see east river( especially macy’s fireworks on 4th of july)
Cons:
Worst thing about this building is the laundry system. Sebasco is not good at maintaining their dryers and washer. Sometimes you end up spending 4 hours in laundry. Some of their dryers are too hot that will burn your clothes.
Some of the staff members are not very welcoming
Advice to owner:
Consider maintaining laundry department in better way

Doormen and Concierge very helpful and pleasant
Cons:
Compactor room is very small - no room for recycle bins
Rent high

Appreciate long term tenants by holding rent increases to a manageable level.
