Ok apartment, LOUD neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved the location and enjoyed my actual apartment
Cons:
Incredibly noisy neighbors that would regularly throw parties on weeknights and weekends often starting as early as 7pm until 4 am. Loud music played with a woofer. Asked them nicely many times to quiet down and eventually had to contact management. Management was not very helpful. This continued on and off for approximately 2 years.
Advice to owner:
Please take complaints seriously and make sure to rent to those who will be respectful of close apartment living!
The stairs are dangerous, steep and uneven. The super had a bad back and was not good at communicating. It was very difficult to get anything done. Tried calling the building manager once, and they wouldn’t speak to me.
Advice to owner:
Be more available for contact.
